IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN BALLOONS AND REQUIRE THEM FLLING WITH HELIUM THEN THATS NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL.

Helium Gas Rental
Due to the increase in helium prices we are currently not able to offer this service – we hope to be able to offer it back to you again soon.
Balloonatics Party Shop will only charge you for Gas you use. The Gas Cylinders are measured on collection and upon return, you are then charged accordingly by the amount of gas used on top of the minimum charge of £50.
Our Pay As You Go Minimum charge is £50.00
This price included 1 week’s free rental of the Cylinder & Regulator. An in-store demonstration of how to use will also be given.
You will be charged a £50.00 deposit (includes regulator damage fee) this deposit is refundable on return of the Cylinder & Regulator – please also read our terms and conditions.
CYLINDER & REGULATOR SAFETY
Never leave gas on or regulators in cylinder when not in use.
Never transport with regulator fitted
Never over tighten the regulator (finger tight ony)
Helium gas is an asphyxia gas NEVER inhale as this CAN CAUSE DEATH
To remove regulator, turn off gas and release excess pressure
10” latex fly for approx. 12 hours. Inflate on day required and store in a cold area
Over inflating will cost you more in helium
Under inflating will reduce ‘fly’ time

Measure first balloon to size and use as a guide for remaining balloons
Pre-cut your ribbon to 1.5m length

Customers Own Balloons
Have your own balloons and need them filling with helium?
Absolutely no problem – we can inflate them for you!
Prices start from £1.59 for a standard latex balloon, inflated to 10” and £2.50 for an 18” foil – we will even attach a ribbon free of charge!
Balloonatics Party shop will not take any responsibility for balloons that are not purchased from our store as we cannot guarantee the quality.
Terms & Conditions
Cylinders & inflators which are lost, damaged or unreturned will incur the following replacement fees: Cylinder: £200 & Universal Inflator: £20. Any additional charges you incur after your order is placed including damaged, lost or unreturned cylinders will be charged at the amounts detailed here. By placing an order, you agree to the charges and authorize Balloonatics to charge your payment automatically to your credit / debit card or agree to pay issued invoices within 7 working days. The number of balloons your helium cylinder inflates is given as an approximate guide & depends on the balloon size, conditions, inflation method, allowance for wastage, leakage & over inflation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your cylinder to be faulty before it is returned to us.
